Effective immediately, if you are an STL (Silver Team Leader) or higher in rank, you can now reassign PSAs anywhere in your organization,–as deep as 13 generations! Note: Some restrictions apply; see FAQs below.

your goal in SFI should be to develop five PTLs (Platinum Team Leader)
on your first generation. For this to happen of course, each of those
five must develop a strong first generation (your second generation),

Q: Will recipients of my reassignments know of the reassignments…and that they came from me?
Yes, for any reassignment you do, the new sponsor of your reassignments will receive an immediate email notification from us with the full name, contact information, etc. for the new person and instructions about welcoming them to their team. This notification also names you as the person who reassigned the person to them and includes your email address. Note: You’ll receive a separate notification to confirming each reassignment you do.
Q: Why allow only STLs and up to use this new feature?
This new feature can be abused. Therefore, we need to restrict it to those with at least some kind of track record and that have something to lose should they be caught abusing the privilege. If you’d like to use this new feature, just set your sights on becoming a Silver Team Leaders as soon as possible. As soon as you qualify, you’ll have immediate access to it.
Q: Will I still earn the reassignment VP (5 AVP per reassignment) if I’m an STL and reassign beyond my first generation?
Yes, provided the persons being reassigned have at least 600 VP in the last 90 days.
Q: If I reassign someone beyond the generations I’m qualified to be paid on (e.g. 8 generations for a STL), how will I see them on my Genealogy–since my Genealogy only shows me the generations I’m qualified for?
It’s not necessarily an issue (as they’ll have new upline members to support them) but you would indeed “lose sight” of such persons on your Genealogy. However, if you’re a STL or GTL, you can regain sight of them once you advance your rank.
Q: I’m a GTL. At least when it comes to the Matching VP I earn each month, I can earn the same Matching VP no matter where I reassign someone, right?
Almost. If you’re a GTL, you currently earn Matching VP down 10 generations. So you’d earn the identical Matching VP regardless of whether you moved a PSA to your second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh, eighth, ninth, or tenth generation. HOWEVER, If you reassigned someone to your 11th generation, you would not earn the Matching VP until you became a PTL (which earns Matching VP for 12 generations). Similarly, as a STL, you’d earn the identical Matching VP regardless of whether you moved a PSA to your second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh, or eighth generation…until you advanced your rank to claim addition generations.
Q: Wouldn’t I earn more by keeping all my PSAs for myself instead of reassigning them?
First of all, no one is suggesting reassigning ALL your PSAs. You of course need to be building your own strong first generation. But will you earn more or less by reassigning some of your PSAs? A clearcut answer is impossible to know, but because of the way network marketing works, helping your downline members build their downlines has always been one of the most powerful ways to create excitement, activity, and momentum in your downline–an absolute KEY to building a successful business.
